Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The Chairman of the Libyan Presidential Council, Mohamed al-Manfi, Monday morning received in Tripoli the President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Hassan Sheikh Mahmoud, who is on an official visit to Libya as part of the promotion of cooperation and relations between the two countries
