Tripoli, Libya (PANA)  - The conclusions of extensive consultations on structured dialogue conducted by the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) with Libyans affirm that the Libyan crisis is fundamentally political and stems from deep institutional and regional divisions as well as the existence of competing authorities in the country
