'Vital aid reaches 12,000 flood victims in Sudan'

Khartoum, Sudan (PANA) - The International Committee of the Red Crescent on Saturday said humanitarian and emergency aid assistance has now reached hundreds of people affected by recent floods in and outside Khartoum, the Sudanese capital
