UN achieves breakthrough in delivery of humanitarian assistance to war victims in rebel-held areas

Khartoum, Sudan (PANA)  - The United Nations Wednesday commended the government of the Sudan and the rebel in Blue Nile area, south east of the Sudan, for allowing  unfettered delivery of humanitarian assistance to victims of conflict and floods
