Sudanese initial Constitutional Declaration document

Khartoum, Sudan (PANA)   -   Sudanese rivals, the Transitional Military Council and Forces for Freedom and Change Sunday initialed the final Constitutional Declaration document in the presence of African Union mediators and facilitators, with emotions running high even among key players and speakers at the podium, official sources said here
