Sudan to enjoy civilian executive by next month

Khartoum, Sudan (PANA) - A much awaited Final Political Agreement will be signed in Khartoum on 1 April and a transitional civilian government will be in place before mid-April, a spokesman for the civilian-military and international consortium group, announced in Khartoum
