Sudan conflict: Sudan gov't challenges IGAD communique after summit

Khartoum, Sudan (PANA) - A political row is simmering between the Sudanese government and the East African regional bloc, the Inter-Governmental Authority on Development (IGAD), less than 24 hours after the end of its summit meeting in Djibouti aimed at finding a solution for the 7-month-old war in Sudan
