Sudan calls for postponement of IGAD summit

Khartoum, Sudan (PANA) - Sudan has officially informed the Secretariat of the Inter- Governmental Authority for Development (IGAD) that the summit of the group, scheduled to be held in Khartoum in November, would be postponed to give time for further consultations
