Sudan, Egypt call for 'serious, effective' negotiations on Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam

Khartoum, Sudan (PANA) – Sudan and Egypt on Saturday called for the return to "serious and effective negotiations" on the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dan (GERD) being built by Ethiopia on the Blue Nile as the project directly affects them
