South Africa: SA opposition charges ministers over al-Bashir debacle
Cape Town, South Africa (PANA) – The leader of South Africa's official opposition Democratic Alliance (DA), Mmusi Maimane, on Friday laid charges against the ministers of home affairs and international relations in Cape Town for letting Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir slip out of South Africa in 2015 to avoid being handed to the International Criminal Court (ICC)
