President of the Libyan Council calls for mobilization to transform climate challenges into opportunities for the world

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The President of the Libyan Presidential Council, Mohamed Al-Manfi, has stressed the importance of mobilizing efforts to tackle climate risks and transform the challenges facing the world into opportunities that transcend the dividing lines between Africa and the major industrialized countries, to chart a new phase based on the principle of partnership
