Libyan minister urges Africa to find ways to support digital sector growth

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - Libya's Minister of State for Communication and Political Affairs, Walid Al-Lafi, has stressed the need for Africa to find ways to keep pace with the growing demand for digital infrastructure, fill the communication gap and create decent job opportunities
