Libyan authorities urged to promote participation of all Libyans in reconstruction of country

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The co-chairs of the Berlin Process Working Group on International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights - The Netherlands, Switzerland and the United Nations Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) - have called on the Libyan authorities on International Human Rights Day to ensure that all Libyans can participate meaningfully in building the country's future
