Libyan PM stresses importance of military-civilian cooperation

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The Libyan Prime Minister, Abdulhamid Al Dbaiba, on Tuesday stressed the need to develop cooperation between civilian and military institutions, epecially to improve the efficiency of those affiliated to the military
