Libyan FM insists before Parliament on Libya’s ‘’moderate and positive’’ diplomacy

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - Libyan Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Najla Al-Mangouch said here Friday the Government of National Accord would create "moderate and positive diplomacy will all countries of the world"
