Libyan Constitutional Committee agrees a referendum on draft constitution

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The Libyan Constitutional Committee, comprising members of the House of Representatives (Parliament) and the High Council of State, has agreed to hold a referendum on the draft Constitution, with the adoption of a voting mechanism for the three regions --  Tripolitania, Cyrenaica and Fezzan --  provided it is validated by 50 pc of the votes + 1 voice
