Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - Libya and Saudi Arabia have discussed joint cooperation in the fields of the media, government communication, training and strengthening of national skills.
This was at a meeting on Wednesday in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, between the Saudi Minister of Information, Salman al-Dosari, and the Libyan Minister of State for Communication and Political Affairs, Walid Ellafi.
The Libya minister briefed his Saudi counterpart on the progress made by his country in the fields of the media and government communication, according to a statement published on the Libyan government's platform, Hakomitna.
For his part, the Saudi minister expressed his satisfaction with cooperation with Libya.
Mr Ellafi visited the headquarters of the General Media Regulatory Authority and discussed with its CEO, Abdul Latif bin Mohammed Abdul Latif, the experience of the two countries in the field of public media regulation, the transition to the concept of government communication, and the improvement of content quality.
