Head of Niger junta proclaims self head of State

Niamey- Niger (PANA) -- The head of the Niger junta that toppled President Mamado u Tandja on Thursday, Colonel Salou Djibo, on Monday proclaimed himself head of S tate, according to a statement from the the Supreme Council for the Restoration o f Democracy (CSRD)
