HRW says COVID pandemic data reveals threats, opportunities to improve health systems

Washington, DC, US (PANA) – New data from the World Health Organisation (WHO) shows that many governments around the world did not meet public healthcare spending benchmarks amid the Covid-19 pandemic, according to Human Rights Watch (HRW)
