Guinea's military junta publishes Transition Charter

Conakry, Guinea (PANA) - Three weeks after the seizure of power in Guinea, the military junta called the National Committee for Reconciliation and Development (CNRD), on Monday published the Charter of the Transition, which will serve as a fundamental law until the adoption of a new Constitution
