Congolese govt. declares state of humanitarian emergency following floods in the North

Brazzaville, Congo (PANA) - The Congolese Minister of State for Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, Henri Djombo, on Thursday alerted the humanitarian coordinator of the United Nations systems, calling for emergency humanitarian aid for the departments of Likouala, Sangha, Cuvette and Plateaux, which have been hit by floods, the Congolese public radio announced
