BREAKING NEWS: Nigeria's second major political party, APC, emerges

Lagos, Nigeria (PANA) - Nigeria's Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has approved the merger of three opposition political parties into the All Progressives Congress (APC), which will become the country's second major political party after the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), the electoral body announced Wednesday.
