2024 FIFA U-20 WWC: North Korea, Japan in finals

Bogota, Colombia (PANA) - North Korea and Japan have progressed to the finals of the ongoing 2024 FIFA under-20 women's world cup in Colombia.

In the semi-final matches played early Thursday, North Korea defeated United States of America 1-0 while Japan eliminated the giant-killing Netherlands 2-0. 

The results mean that USA will take on Netherlands in the third-place match on 21September while North Korea meet Japan in the final match the following day.
