Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - Participants in a quadripartite coordination meeting on irregular migration in Naples, Italy, attended by the interior ministers of Libya, Algeria, Tunisia and Italy, on Friday stressed the need to develop mechanisms for joint action and the exchange of expertise, particularly in the areas of combating organised crime and irregular migration
