Foreign companies invited to invest in 22 oil fields in Libya

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The acting Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Libyan National Oil Company (NOC), Massoud Suleiman, has urged international oil companies wishing to contribute to exploration and drilling in Libya to participate in 22 investment opportunities in the energy sector
