Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - Libya's Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, al-Taher al-Baour and the Turkish Ambassador to Libya, Güven Begiç, on Wednesday discussed preparations for the upcoming Africa-Turkey Summit scheduled to be hosted by Libya in early 2026
