Sudanese leader congratulates Ugandan counterpart for election victory

Khartoum, Sudan (PANA) - The Head of Sudan's Transitional Sovereignty Council, Lt-General, Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, on Sunday sent a congratulatory message to Ugandan President Yeweri Museveni on his re-election for a new term of office
