Libyan Parliament plenary begins in Sirte to discuss draft budget

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The plenary session of the Libyan House of Representatives (Parliament) started on Tuesday in Sirte (Centre) to examine the budget of the government of the prime minister appointed by the Parliament, Fathi Bachagha
