Libyan Parliament begins plenary session on roadmap for election

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - Libya's Parliament on Monday began a plenary in  the eastern city of Tobruk to finalise discussions on proposals of its Roadmap Committee on four axes - the Constitution, executive power, national reconciliation and security
