Gambia to play int’l friendly football match with UAE

Banjul, Gambia (PANA) - Gambia's senior national football team, the Scorpions, has been invited by UAE for a friendly match in Dubai on 30 May, Ebou Faye, 2nd Vice President Gambia Football Federation (GFF) announced on Wednesday.

He told a local radio station, Capital FM, that the match would be used as preparation for the team's upcoming Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match against South Sudan.

Faye said after the match, the Scorpions will train in Dubai before travelling to Senegal for their encounter against South Sudan.
