Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The chairman of the Libyan Presidential Council, Mohamed Al-Manfi, took part on Sunday in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa, in a meeting organized by the Kenyan government in cooperation with the International Vaccine Institute (IIV) and the African Centres for Disease Control and Prevention.
The Press Office of the chairman of the Libyan Presidential Council stated in a press release that the meeting, which was held on the sidelines of the 37th session of the Council of the African Union.
Mr. al-Manfi's participation in the meeting was at the invitation of the President of Kenya, William Ruto.
The chairman of the Presidential Council, Mohamed al-Manfi, attended the 37th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of the African Union Saturday in Addis Ababa with the Heads of State and Government of the Member States.
Other participants included the president of Brazil, the prime minister of the State of Palestine and the Secretary General of the League of Arab States.
The summit ends on 18 February.
