UN Special Envoy to ask Libyan Parliament and State Council to clarify legislation for elections

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The UN Secretary-General's Special Envoy and head of the UN Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL), Jan Kubis, will ask the House of Representatives (Parliament) and the High State Council, an advisory body, "to clarify the constitutional basis and legislation for the elections within a maximum of 2 to 3 weeks, no later than 20 June"
