The COI launches “AléVini”, a new fund to help regional mobility

Ebène, Mauritius (PANA) – The Indian Ocean Commission (IOC) has launched a mobility fund intended for actors in the region's cultural sectors, the objective of which is to promote mobility to take part in events, cultural or residences, build capacities and partnerships, and find new markets, among others
