Libyan parliamentary commission explains reasons for fuel crisis

Benghazi, Libya (PANA) - The Fuel Crisis Monitoring Commission of the eastern-based Libyan House of Representatives has said that fuel shortages observed in certain regions were not artificial, but were the result a reduction in the number of imported fuel cargos
