Libyan State Council chairman welcomes Stephanie Williams' proposal for constitutional basis

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The chairman of the Libyan High State Council, Khaled Al-Mechri, Friday welcomed the proposal of the UN Secretary General's Special Adviser on Libya, Stephanie Williams, to form a joint committee of the House of Representatives and the State Council to establish a consensual constitutional basis on which to hold general elections as soon as possible
