Diamond market contraction slows down Botswana’s growth


Gaborone, Botswana (PANA) - Botswana’s economic growth is expected to slow to 1 percent in 2024, primarily because of a diamond market contraction, according to an International Monetary Fund (IMF) team that visited the southern Africa country from 2-12 July 2024 for discussions on the 2024 Article IV consultation
