Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The Libyan Minister of the Environment of and current President of the African Ministers of the Environment, Ibrahim al-Arabi Mounir, has called for the building of cities and communities where waste is not a burden, but an opportunity for innovation, growth for a healthier planet
