Benin: Benin football team gets coach

Cotonou, Benin (PANA) - Frenchman Didier Ollé-Nicolle has been appointed coach of the Beninese football team, sports sources said in Cotonou Sunday.

The new coach, who was unveiled at a gala party here on Friday evening, has signed a two-year, renewable contract with the Beninese football authorities.

Didier Ollé-Nicolle, 52, succeeds his compatriot, Manuel Amoros, who coached Benin’s national team from Jan. 2012 to June 2013.
