Africa's overall governance 'flatlined since 2019' - Mo Ibrahim Foundation
London, UK, (PANA) - Africa’s overall governance score has flatlined since 2019, and in 2021 much of Africa was less safe, secure and democratic than in 2012, the Mo Ibrahim Foundation said in the Ibrahim Index of African Governance released on Wednesday
