Port Elizabeth, South Africa (PANA) - DR Congo scored shortly after Ghana's second goal to put the scoreline at 2-1 in their opening group B match at the 29th Africa Cup of Nations in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, Sunday.

Kwadwo Asamoah scored Ghana's second goal a few minutes after the resumption of play.

Ghana led 1-0 at the interval from a goal by Emmanuel Agyeman Badu.

But Tresor Mputu pulled one back for the Congolese shortly after Asamoah's goal.
